Digital Products
All products offered on www.noahwonder.com are digital goods delivered electronically (e.g., downloads, online access, or digital file delivery). Delivery occurs immediately after successful payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Because all products are digital, all sales are final once delivery has begun. Refunds, cancellations, or returns are not offered, except where required by mandatory law.
EU Private Customers
Private consumers located within the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. For digital content, this right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun, provided that at the time of purchase the customer:
- Consents to immediate delivery of the digital product, and
- Acknowledges that they lose their 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery (download or access) begins.
By checking the Terms and Conditions box at checkout and completing the purchase, you expressly give this consent. If consent is not given, the withdrawal right remains valid for 14 days from the date of purchase, or until the digital content is accessed or downloaded — whichever occurs first.
EU Business Customers, Unites States Customers, and All Other Countries
For the following customer groups, all sales are final, and no refunds, cancellations, or withdrawals are offered once delivery has begun, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise:
- Customers purchasing for business purposes within the European Union (B2B)
- Customers located in the United States
- Customers located outside the European Union
Defective or Inaccessible Digital Products
If a digital product is defective, inaccessible, corrupted, or not delivered as described, please contact me at hello@noahwonder.com. I will review the issue and provide technical assistance, a replacement, or another appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.
