The following customer groups do not have a right to cancellation or refund for digital products:
- Customers purchasing for business purposes within the EU (B2B)
- Customers located in the United States
- Customers located outside the European Union, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise
For these customer categories, all sales are final, and no refunds or withdrawals are offered.
